3.shipping destinations

• We currently ship to all states within country India.

4.order tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.

5.delivery issues

• If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@kookers.in  with your order number. We will assist you in locating your order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the wrong address given by customer, customer not available and  premises closed

• All our shipments are sent via Indian postal courier service.

• Please provide a valid address with PO Box number and contact number   for shipment to arrange.

8.damaged or lost items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

• We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
